| | I’ve lived in Preston Tower 28 years and am very familiar with the condos in this area. All are near the great places to shop and dine in Preston Center, which I understand has the greatest concentration of banks of anywhere in the country.
All four high-rises in this area are within walking distance of Tom Thumb Supermarket, pharmacies, post office, and several places of worship.

| | The Uptown area of Dallas is bordered on the south by Woodall Rodgers and east by US 75. The north boundary follows Blackburn St. and Turtle Creek Blvd. and Harry Hines Blvd. and its derivatives are the western boundary.
With a population of as many as 10,000, it is the densest residential area in Dallas, which means it is very pedestrian friendly. The McKinney Ave. Trolley winds through the district that includes all kinds of restaurants and entertainment.
