Don’t be confused here the name of the property in “21.” The address in “3883.” “21” just sounds cooler — like the building itself. I’ve helped clients buy and sell here. By the way, they are very pet friendly.
This is one of the most affordable buildings on “the Creek” and they are doing a good job playing up their mid-century modern appeal. Balcony railings are being replaced, which will go a long way to improve the building’s appearance.
