A pond, indoor and outdoor pools, scenic jogging path, and a world-class spa are among many great amenities in this building.

I have several clients here and really love working in the building and dealing with such a responsive management. They produce a really neat newsletter, “The Bon Adventure.”

Owner satisafaction is high here and it’s not unusual for residents to buy larger units in the building.

I closed on a unit here recently and it boils down to PRICE. There is a lot on the market everywhere and a true buyer’s market. Luckily, my client, the seller, “got it” and we were able to make the sale.

Keeps getting better and better. Love the cool new look of the redecorated salon off the lobby on the way to the pool and party room. Some of the best high-rise amenities in Dallas and an extremely helpful and professional staff. Valet parking is included in HOA dues here.
