This new building, next to Hotel Palomar, is across from Mockingbird Station with DART, Angelika Theater, restaurants and shops. Across the highway is Southern Methodist University and the George W. Bush Presidential Library and great access to all parts of the Metroplex.

A DMN article 11 Jan 2011 says lender might take back the unsold units. 46 units are now rented.
