This has been announced by Palladium USA International who also developed Grand Treviso. They say “A legendary waterfront landmark is emerging in the heart of the prestigious Urban Center of Las Colinas.”

I haven’t seen many details though. Reported to contain two 18-20 story condominium towers plus 50 townhome units.
