To draw buyers’ attention to homes she lists, Nancy looks for opportunities to keep neighborhoods and buildings where she is selling homes in the news.
For example, the golden anniversary of 3525 Turtle Creek, where she had several listings, was an opportunity for Nancy to promote that building in The Dallas Morning News,
and she used the upgraded community room in Preston Tower Condominiums to get that building some visibility in Turtle Creek People.
The Dallas Business Journal published a two-page article on Turtle Creek that quoted Nancy’s opinion on the area on the second page,
and The Dallas Morning News published an article on Nancy’s development of a website for 3525 Turtle Creek.
