Working with Virginia Cook, Realtors, talented Marketing Department, Nancy creates attractive 5½” x 8½” multicolor cards in 100 lb. stock, which she targets to particular neighborhoods and demographics.
The direct mail piece in this first example went to 500 homeowners of Preston Hollow more than 65 years of age enticing them to a high-rise lifestyle in 3525 Turtle Creek,
which was attractively displayed on the address side of the card.
Also included here are examples of how Nancy has used direct mail for marketing a single family home,
Uptown condos,
Turtle Creek and Preston Hollow high-rise homes,
estate properties in Meadowood Estates and Preston Hollow,
and villas in San Miguel de Allende, México.
One mailing of more than 1,100 pieces went to both Turtle Creek and North Dallas high-rise residents announcing a sale in Turtle Creek on one side and new listing in North Dallas on the other.
Another mailing of 718 pieces went to residents of four high-rise properties.
