For each of Nancy’s listings, the Marketing Department of Virginia Cook, Realtors, creates 8½” x 11” color graphics, which are distributed at open houses, realtor tours, and private showings.
High-rise condominium: The first example is a graphic with a photo of the living room on one side
and more photos and detail information about the home on the other.
Old Preston Hollow home: For a multi-million dollar home in Preston Hollow, Nancy prepared a more extensive graphic depicting the view of the home from the backyard,
detailed information on the property,
eight interior shots,
and floor plans
with a description of each room.
