Realtors generally concentrate in a few neighborhoods and are always on the lookout for homes for clients. To attract Realtors to properties, Nancy organizes Realtor tours through her homes. For example, Nancy organized a jewelry sale with catered Mexican food and a chance drawing at one condo
and a Day of the Dead celebration featuring a noted appraiser and classical guitarist at another.
Virginia Cook, Realtors, is the only firm in North Texas that organizes their own Realtor tours, each Monday 10-12 am. Nancy has offered tempting treats to Virginia Cook agents who visit her properties, such as a leisurely breakfast for an Uptown listing,
Mexican sweetbread and fruit for a Briar Creek Estates home,
and Central Market breakfast boxes and Starbucks Frappuccino for a Turtle Creek high-rise unit.
With other agents with properties in the Meadows, Nancy offered lunch and a $100 cash drawing to entice Realtors.
Likewise, Nancy and other agents with $million+ homes offered seven $100 dining certificates to Cafe Madrid, and tapas and sangria to entice Realtors to their listings.
To promote attendance when two of her homes were on the MLS Realtor tour, Nancy distributed a special flyer at the MLS meeting.
Of course, Nancy encourages Realtors to attend open houses, leaving cards such as this one at Realtor offices in the neighborhood.
